Leading Self to lead Others

Nowadays, the traditional notion of what a "leader" is, is being challenged. We see more and more social and political movements that don't have "leaders" in the traditional sense, leading us to believe that leadership is more about collective mobilization than what the traditional leader/follower model made us think. Climate change, the rise of populism, the implementation of DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) principles in business - all these changes can no longer be imposed according to the traditional "top-down" model. The idea that each individual must take responsibility and act to drive change on both small and large scales has become self-evident.

In this context, the question of how to prepare ourselves to exercise our leadership arises. How can we learn to mobilize effectively to contribute to creating change? And how can we mobilize others?

Join us in welcoming Axelle Bagot to explore these questions together

Axelle is the CEO of Leadership Lab International, a lecturer on leadership at Harvard School of Education, and a Leadership training instructor for UNICEF.
